Boost team spirit on the Adriatic — sea activities, island exploration, and relaxed bonding in an inspiring setting.
Genuinely distinct copy for this occasion — what the day feels like, who books it, why the boat changes the geometry of the celebration.
The trouble with team building is that most of it does not build teams. It builds awkwardness — over rope courses, cookery classes and forced introductions in beige meeting rooms. A boat fixes that, partly because there is nowhere to escape to and partly because the activities are real ones: rig the SUP, paddle ashore, swim in the cove, sit on the bow and talk. The team building happens by itself.
We run corporate team building on a yacht in Dubrovnik for groups from a six-person leadership offsite up to eighteen on the catamaran. The day mixes set activities (paddle race, snorkelling chase, optional Seabob and Jet Ski sessions) with long unstructured stretches — lunch on an island, a swim stop, the slow cruise home. The structure exists so the team has something to do; the lack of structure exists so they actually talk to each other.
Logistics are handled end to end. Mercedes pickups from the hotel, branded materials on board if you send them in advance (we set up the banners and the company swag before you arrive), catering for the lunch ashore or on deck, and a single invoice covering the whole thing. For larger companies we can quote multiple boats running in parallel — up to 50 people across the fleet in one day. The brief we ask for is short: how many people, what date, what outcome.
Two ways to read the day: who typically books it, and how the hours actually unfold. Both are starting points — everything bends around your specifics.
Real photographs from the boats, the crew and the celebrations we have hosted. We do not use stock imagery on our event pages.
Every event is all-inclusive of the boat day itself. The add-ons (catering, decorations, water toys) are listed separately so there are no surprises.
Tell us the date, the group size and the rough shape of the day. We reply within a few hours with the right boat, a draft schedule and a clear all-inclusive price.
A real person, not a bot. Usually under 4 hours within the Croatian working day; longer overnight.
Mercedes pickup anywhere in the Dubrovnik area, included in the price. No taxis, no meeting points.
If the forecast threatens the day, we move it or refund the deposit in full. No fight, no fee.
Verified reviews from real celebrations on board. We publish them unedited.
“The whole day exceeded our expectations. The crew set everything up before we arrived, the boat was immaculate, and the route was exactly the kind of slow, generous day we had hoped for. We will be back.”
“From the first WhatsApp reply through to the drop-off at our hotel, everything felt personal. The crew knew the bays we would never have found on our own. Five stars from all of us.”
“Money well spent. The all-inclusive structure meant no surprises, the boat was beautiful, and the day felt entirely our own. Genuinely the best decision we made on the whole trip.”
