Booking & payment

5 questions
What is the booking process?
Send us an inquiry with your dates and group size. We reply within a few hours with a tailored offer based on your preferences and vessel availability. A deposit confirms the reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or secure payment link.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks in peak season (June to early September) and one to two weeks in shoulder season. We will always try to accommodate last-minute requests when boats are available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or a secure online payment link. The deposit is typically 30 percent. The balance is paid the day before or on the morning of your charter.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Free reschedule up to 14 days before the trip. Inside 14 days, terms depend on the season and vessel. See our cancellation policy or ask us by message before booking.
Why are your prices not listed publicly?
Pricing reflects season, group size, route and vessel. We provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote per enquiry within hours. This avoids hidden fees and lets us tailor an offer to your group.

Boat rental

4 questions
What is included when I rent a boat?
The boat, an experienced licensed skipper, fuel, water, soft drinks, beer and white wine, towels, SUP, snorkelling equipment, insurance and final cleaning. Free hotel pick-up and drop-off within the Dubrovnik area is also included.
Do I need a sailing licence?
No. Every boat in our fleet comes with a licensed skipper as standard. We do not do bareboat charters.
How many people can I bring?
From two guests on a speedboat up to 18 guests on our largest catamaran. Capacity per boat is listed on each boat page.
Can I bring my own food and music?
Yes to both. Bluetooth speakers are on board for your music. You are welcome to bring your own food, or we can arrange onboard catering by a local chef as an add-on.

Private boat tours

5 questions
Where are the boarding locations?
The main boarding points are Cavtat, Lapad (Lapadska Obala) and ACI Marina Komolac. If your accommodation is near another suitable boat access point, we can also arrange direct pick-up. Hotel transfer to and from the boarding location is included within the Dubrovnik area.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Yes. Our private tours are family-friendly and can be adapted to suit guests of all ages, including small children. We can pre-stock the galley with kid-friendly snacks and drinks if you tell us in advance.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Absolutely. Every private tour is built around you. We share a typical route per destination as a starting point, then adjust swimming stops, lunch break and pace to your preferences.
Do I need a passport for the Elaphiti or Mljet?
No. All of our Croatian island tours (Elaphiti, Mljet, Korčula) only require an ID. A passport is required only for cross-border tours to Montenegro or Bosnia.
How long is a typical tour?
Half-day tours run 2–5 hours. Full-day tours run 8–12 hours depending on the destination. Sunset cruises are 2 hours. Every tour can be extended on request.

Multi-day yacht charter

4 questions
What durations do you offer?
3, 5 and 7-day cruises along the Dalmatian coast are the standard packages. Other durations are available on request, every itinerary is fully customisable.
Where do we sleep on a multi-day charter?
On board. Our flagship motor yachts and the catamarans have private guest cabins with ensuite bathrooms. The crew sleep in their own quarters.
What is the typical route?
A classic 7-day charter from Dubrovnik covers the Elaphiti Islands, Mljet, Korčula, Pelješac and a Montenegro day. Every itinerary is built around the dates, weather and what you want to see.
What is the difference vs a private tour?
A private tour is a single day on a boat. A yacht charter is multi-day, with overnight accommodation onboard, a captain and a hostess, and a wider cruising radius.

Day trips by Mercedes

3 questions
What vehicles do you use?
A Mercedes E-Class for up to 3 guests or a Mercedes V-Class for groups of 4–7. Air conditioning, USB charging, water on board, all driven by English-speaking professional drivers.
Do I need a passport for Montenegro, Mostar or Medjugorje?
Yes, a valid passport is required for any cross-border day trip (Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Are entrance fees included?
It depends on the trip. Major park fees (Krka, Mljet) are typically included; optional entries like wineries or museums are pay-on-site. Each trip page lists what is included.

Airport & boat transfers

3 questions
How does the airport transfer work?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Flight monitoring is included, so if your flight is delayed we wait. The Mercedes takes you directly to your accommodation.
What is a private boat transfer?
A private sea taxi between Dubrovnik and another coastal point along the Adriatic. Common routes are Dubrovnik to Mljet, Korčula, Hvar or Kotor. Faster, more comfortable and more flexible than ferries.
Is there a charge for waiting time?
Airport transfers include up to 60 minutes of waiting from the scheduled arrival, including any flight delay. Beyond that, a small hourly fee applies.

Events & celebrations

3 questions
What kind of events do you host onboard?
Birthdays, proposals, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate team-building, anniversaries and small wedding parties. Anything you can do at a restaurant, we can do on a boat — with a better view.
Can you arrange catering, decorations and cake?
Yes. Onboard catering by a local chef, premium wines and champagne, theme decorations, cakes and live music are all available as add-ons. Tell us when you enquire.
What is the maximum group size?
Up to 18 guests per boat for events. For larger groups we can run multiple boats in convoy with a coordinated itinerary.

Weather & safety

4 questions
What happens in bad weather?
If conditions are not suitable for safe cruising, we offer the option to reschedule your trip or receive a full refund of your deposit. We monitor the forecast closely and contact you the day before if conditions look uncertain.
Are the boats insured?
Yes. Every vessel in our fleet carries full passenger and skipper liability insurance, plus the standard Croatian charter coverage. Safety equipment is checked before every charter.
Is it safe for non-swimmers?
Yes. The skipper keeps an eye on everyone in the water, and lifejackets are on board for every guest. Tell us in advance if anyone in the group is a nervous swimmer so we can plan calmer anchorages.
What if someone gets seasick?
Our routes mostly stay within sheltered waters where motion is minimal. If a guest is prone to motion sickness, tell us in advance and we will plan a calmer route and recommend a remedy.
