Why Charter

The Adriatic, in the most exclusive way.

A multi-day yacht charter is the only way to truly disconnect on the Croatian coast. No hotel queues, no scheduled ferries, no other guests — just your group, the crew, and a coastline that opens differently from the sea.

Your own pace

Linger over lunch in a quiet bay, swim until sunset, or move on the moment the wind shifts. Nothing is scheduled around anyone else.

Hidden bays

The Adriatic's best swims are reached only by boat. Our crew knows which coves stay empty when the rest are crowded.

The crew plans the route

Tell us what you want from the week — beaches, history, nightlife — and we'll build a route around the weather and the season.

Fully customisable

Cabins set up your way, dietary preferences passed to the hostess, and an itinerary you can change on the morning of day three.

Choose Your Charter Length

Three days, five days,
or a full week.

Pick the length that fits your trip — each itinerary is a starting point we'll personalise with you. The 5-day is our most-booked option for first-time visitors to the Dalmatian coast.

The Charter Fleet

Three crewed motor yachts.

Every charter is run on one of three premium motor yachts, each with cabins, flybridge, air conditioning and the full crew. Not sure which suits your group? Send us the basics and we'll match you to the right boat.

Not sure which yacht is right for your group? Send us your dates and group size — we'll pair you with the boat that fits.

Why Charter With Us

Nearly three decades
on the same coast.

Dubrovnik Boat Adventure has been a family-run operator on this coastline since 1997. The captains know which bay turns calm at 3pm, which port serves the best fish, and which marina to skip on a windy Saturday.

Established 1997

Nearly thirty seasons running multi-day charters from Cavtat. The same waters, the same care, summer after summer.

Professional captain + hostess

Croatian master licences, decades of Adriatic experience, English-speaking and discreet. Your hostess looks after the cabin while the captain runs the boat.

Deep local route knowledge

Hidden coves, the best lunch konobas, the right harbour to walk into Korčula's old town at dusk — the kind of detail no aggregator can match.

Personalised service

Cabins prepped before you board. Dietary preferences passed to the hostess. Daily plans confirmed every evening over a drink on deck.

Licensed, certified, insured

Every yacht is fully licensed and insured, captains hold valid Croatian master licences and the company is registered with the Ministry of the Sea.

Flexible weather policy

Bad weather on day one? Postpone, reroute or receive a full refund of your deposit. We won't sail in conditions our captains wouldn't sail in themselves.

Charter Reviews

From guests who
have cruised with us.

Multi-day charters take a different kind of trust — guests on board for a full week, captain and hostess they've only just met. Here's what they say after.

"Seven nights aboard the Ferretti, six islands, two anniversaries and absolutely zero stress. Captain Borna pre-empted every question we forgot to ask. We'd book another week tomorrow."

Charter FAQ

Everything you might ask
before you book.

If we haven't covered it below, write to the team — we'll add the answer here and reply to you directly.

What is included in the charter price?
The base price includes a professional captain and hostess, hotel transfer to and from the boarding location within the Dubrovnik area, SUP boards, snorkelling equipment, towels, bed linen, comprehensive insurance and final cleaning. Mandatory extras paid on top are fuel and mooring fees. Food, drinks and water toys are optional add-ons your hostess can arrange.
How much do fuel and mooring usually cost?
Fuel and mooring depend on the chosen route and how far you cruise each day. As a guide, a more relaxed route through the Elaphiti and Mljet costs less in fuel than a fast Hvar–Vis loop. We'll share an estimated range with your quote so the total picture is clear before you commit.
Can the itinerary be changed during the charter?
Yes. The published itineraries are starting points. Every evening the captain confirms the next day with you over a drink, taking into account weather, your preferences and any new ideas. We can move ports, slow down, add a swim cove or skip ahead.
How many people can sleep on board?
Each of our three motor yachts sleeps up to six guests in three private cabins, plus the crew. For day cruising we can carry up to twelve guests on the same yachts.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
Safety always comes first. If forecast conditions are unsuitable, we'll reroute to sheltered waters, postpone the departure, or — if neither is possible — refund your deposit in full. We won't sail in conditions our captains wouldn't sail in themselves.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (mid-June to early September) we strongly recommend booking at least 3–4 months ahead, as our three motor yachts get reserved early. Shoulder season (May, June, September, October) often has availability a few weeks out.
How do I pay and confirm?
A small deposit confirms your charter, paid by bank transfer or a secure online payment link. The balance is settled before boarding. We'll send a clear payment schedule with your tailored offer.
