Dubrovnik Boat Adventure has been welcoming guests aboard our boats for nearly three decades. A small, family-run operation based in Cavtat, with a fleet of nine boats and a single goal: to give every guest the most memorable day they will have on the Adriatic.
It started in 1997 with a single boat and a love of the Adriatic. The Dubrovnik coastline was quieter then. Fewer cruise ships, fewer guests, the same impossibly clear blue. We knew the bays, the coves and the islands the way locals know their own streets.
Almost three decades on, the boats have multiplied, the team has grown, and the standards have only risen. Today we run a fleet of nine vessels: motor yachts, fast speedboats and spacious catamarans. We employ a tight, year-round crew of skippers, hostesses, drivers and an office team who answer your emails personally.
What has not changed is the family-run spirit. Every booking lands on a real desk. Every trip is planned around the people taking it. And every guest is treated like a friend we are about to spend a day with, because, by the end of it, that is exactly what happens.
We are based in Cavtat, twenty minutes south of Dubrovnik, with boarding points across the city: Cavtat, Lapad and ACI Marina Komolac.
