Dubrovnik Boat Adventure is a registered sole-trader maritime tourism business (obrt) operating under the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The business is entered in the Croatian craft register and is authorised to carry out passenger transport by sea, excursion and charter activities within Croatian territorial waters.

The business operates alongside its sister company, Epidaurum, with which it shares operational and fleet resources. Both are based in Cavtat, in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County.
